To request your warranty service, follow the guidelines below:

At the first signs of problems with the equipment, contact a technical representative. It is essential that at the time of contact you have the attached completed form, which must be sent to the email: assistencia.ipanema@embraer.com.br.

Only repair or replace the component after authorization from the technical representative. This helps maintain the integrity of the information and reduces the possibility of loss of the warranty due to lack of occurrence data.

Yes, but you must inform the corporate name or full name of the tax official, since some taxes are levied differently according to the company, depending on the classification. The quotation will be sent to the email of the sender and to the one included in the registration of the legal entity or individual owner of the aircraft.

No. The billing / confirmation authorization must be made by one of the contacts included in the registration of the legal entity or individual that owns the aircraft. The service center can only quote the parts.

Upon receipt of the quotation, send the billing authorization / confirmation to pecas.ipanema@embraer.com.br. It is important to always reference the number of the quotation in question, either by responding to the email sent by the Spare Parts Team, or by informing such data in the body of the email. The sales order will be sent to the email of the sender.

Simply inform in the confirmation email which items should be invoiced and their respective quantities. The sale does not have to be the same as the quotation.

No. Embraer works with bank deposits into checking accounts. The data is informed in the body of the sale confirmation email.

The delivery time is subject to the conditions of the stocks at the time of closing of the order, and may vary over time.

Yes, but each case must be analyzed by the Embraer Spare Parts team. Only after authorization from the department does the return process begin, and it must be carried out according to a specific procedure. It is not permitted to send the item(s) without the prior knowledge of the team.
